Welcome to SAMPLES. By using apps.samplesnips.com or our mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
The game
SAMPLES is a music trivia experience. Song clips play via YouTube's embedded player under YouTube's Terms of Service; we don't host or distribute the recordings themselves.
Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions & purchases
Premium and hosting subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (such as editions) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
Live events
Hosts are responsible for their events, including complying with their venue's obligations (for example, public-performance licensing where applicable). Display names shown in live games must not be offensive or impersonate others.
Acceptable use
Don't cheat, exploit, scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt live games, or use the Service to harass others or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The SAMPLES name, brand, question sets, fun facts, and design are our intellectual property. Song recordings and compositions belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be noted by updating the date above. You may stop using the Service (and delete your account) at any time.
